2. 24-Hour Exchange
If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, exchange can be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Check with Rider
Please check the product in the presence of the delivery rider. If an issue is confirmed, you can return it safely immediately with no extra charge.
4. Rider Left?
If the delivery rider has already left, a delivery charge of Rs 250 will be charged for exchange handling.
5. Original Condition
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the same condition.
6. Same or Higher Value
Exchange is only for the same value or higher. You must pay the price difference for any higher-priced item.
7. No Lower Value Exchange
Exchanges below the purchased amount are not allowed and no partial refund or credit is provided.
8. Non-Exchangeable Items
Some items may be non-exchangeable such as clearance items or used accessories.
Important Note
Please take a photo or video while opening the parcel in the presence of the delivery rider. If the rider does not allow checking, please call us immediately.
