Fast Delivery with inDrive, Pathao, Yango, or Other Rider Apps
How AR-STORE customers can use inDrive, Pathao, Yango, Sajilo Ride, or another rider app for faster delivery by booking the rider themselves.
If you need faster delivery, AR-STORE Nepal supports rider app pickup. You can use inDrive, Pathao, Yango, Sajilo Ride, or any other rider app that works for your location.
The main rule is simple: you book the rider yourself, not AR-STORE.
How it works
- Call AR-STORE Nepal and confirm your order.
- Pay the full product amount to AR-STORE first.
- Do not pay rider delivery charge to us.
- Search AR-STORE Nepal or use our confirmed store location as the pickup point.
- Book your rider app from our store location to your delivery location.
- Send us the rider name, phone number, bike/scooter number plate, and app details.
- We verify the rider at our store before handing over the parcel.
- You pay the rider delivery charge directly through the rider app or as agreed with the rider.
What we verify
- The rider name and phone number should match what you sent us.
- The bike or scooter number plate should match your booking.
- We may take a photo of the bike or scooter number plate for confirmation.
- We hand over the parcel only after the rider details match.
This keeps the delivery safe for you and safe for us.
Why you need to book the rider
We do not book inDrive, Pathao, Yango, or other rider apps from our side because these apps are third-party ride-sharing services. They are fast and useful, but they are not our official logistics partner.
When you book the rider yourself:
- you control the rider booking
- you can track the ride from your own phone
- you can call the rider directly
- you can pay the rider directly
- you know where your parcel is going
Why full product payment is required
- We cannot send unpaid products through rider apps.
- Rider apps are not cash-on-delivery partners for AR-STORE.
- The rider should only collect delivery charge from you, not product price.
- Full product payment must be completed before pickup.
Why we stopped booking riders from our side
There have been cases where AR-STORE booked a rider, the customer did not pick up the call, and the rider had to return the parcel to our store. Then we had to pay the rider twice, and the customer refused to cover that cost.
Sometimes if a rider is paid in advance, delivery can also become delayed or confusing. Because these are third-party apps, missing parcels or delivery problems are harder to handle than with our own logistics partners.
That is why customer-booked rider pickup is the safest option.
Important reminder
- Book the rider only after we confirm the order is ready.
- Pay product amount to AR-STORE first.
- Pay rider delivery charge yourself.
- Send rider and number plate details before pickup.
- We will not hand over the parcel to an unmatched rider.
