For faster help, please call AR-STORE support during working hours. Calling at the correct time helps our team check orders, payment records, packing status, delivery details, and exchange requests while the team is available.

We have a customer support team, but they work from the office. Just because AR-STORE is an online store does not mean staff can answer WhatsApp calls, video calls, or phone calls at any time of the night.

Support hours

Our normal support hours are:

• Sunday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: Closed

Please call within this time for order-related help.

Sometimes the store may stay open a little later for internal work, but customer support calling time should be treated as 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This keeps communication clear for everyone.

Best reasons to call support

Call us for:

• delivery charge confirmation
• payment confirmation
• order changes
• rider pickup coordination
• exchange requests
• wrong or damaged product reports
• urgent parcel questions

Please avoid late calls

Please do not call at 11 PM, 12 AM, 5 AM, or 7 AM. At those times, our staff members are not in the office and cannot check order records properly.

Calls outside support hours may not be answered. If you call very early, late at night, or on Saturday, the team may not be available to check your order, payment, packing status, or delivery record.

If your call is missed during office time, please wait. We may be talking with another customer or checking another order, but we will try to call back during support hours.

Saturday and holidays

Saturday is our closed day. Please respect that and avoid calling on Saturdays unless our team has specifically told you to call for a special case.

Online store does not mean 24-hour support. Our staff also need office timing and rest days so they can serve customers properly during working days.

Visit our store during office time

We also have a physical location in Samakhusi, Kathmandu, near Atma Gyan and Triton Bridge area. You can visit during office time from Sunday to Friday.

Please do not visit or call outside office time expecting immediate support. If you need product help, order help, delivery charge confirmation, or exchange support, contact us between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

For urgent delivery or rider pickup, please call before booking the rider so we can confirm whether the parcel is ready.
